On November 20th, I'll hop a plane to fly to Sydney, Australia. I'll be there for a month, teaching and soaking up the summer warmth. While I'm gone, you faithful listeners will still be getting a new podcast every Friday. Look forward to a variety of sessions...backbends, intermediate, meditation...and a special surprise on December 2nd.

I'm really looking forward to meeting new students while I'm in Sydney. I've never been to the southern hemisphere, and can't wait to look up at the stars and stare into the depths of the milky way. It's good to look into the stars, and realize that we're a part of something so big. Let's keep making this big world smaller.

During this 20 minute yoga session guided by Alanna, you'll challenge your body, mind and hips. Alanna guides you through sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses and arm balances all designed to challenge and focus your energy on where we tend to store a lot of our emotions and tension - our hips. This yoga session includes uplifting music by Alanna, as well as an uplifting intention and skillful guidance.
